Good Point !. ... I have included all the EB3 VSC guys in the ATTACHED excel sheet. Please feel free to update them and let me know if i have missed anything.

Finger Printing Notice

Well, finally something happened to my case! Receieved Fingerprinting notice for March 15 2005.

Priority Date October 2001
140 Approval Date July 19 2004
485 Notice Date May 21 2004

I hope this rekindle some hope for your guys as it did to me.

Can Someone update my details

Finger Printing Notice

Hello All,

I received my FP yesterday,dated 2/7 scheduled on 3/26.

What do i need to do to get early FP at Woodlawn center ,VA, anyone has any experience???

Thanks Choudhary for posting the news of your FP notice. It gave me morale boosting. My PD is Nov 15, 2001 and am waiting desparately for FP. Hope I will be getting my FP notice soon. Whats your category (EB1/EB2/EB3)? and which ASC you got FP from? It also depend on the ASC.

I am EB3 and the ASc is Vermont. I know my heart is saying that within this week you should get your FP.

Just remember Hope(s) and Dream(s) keeps you going, so don't loose them.

Labor substitution
PD May 4 2001 (on 140 approval notice)
140 RD April 3 2004
140 ND April 7 2004
140 AD August 15 2004
485 RD April 3 2004
485 ND April 7 2004
FP
Yesterday I asked Rajiv, what the priority date will be for
Labor substitution guys, he said I140 notice date.
Do you know any body got approved and their I140 notice date > Jan 2002.
