VSC EAD processing time notification!!!

VSC EAD processing time according to INS processing times has three entries-
I-765(C)(8) is 02/12/01 and I-765 (C)(9) is 01/22/01 and there is a I-765 (TPS) which is current. I have applied for renewal of EAD. For employment based green card process which one should we consider?

c(8) and TPS does not apply (Asylum and Temporary Protected status).
c(9) is Adjustment applicant. That applies.

Hi!

My wife applied for EAD on Feb 5, she got approved on Mar 7th.
So yours may come soon. But VSC timing changes like anything.

Mine was applied on last dec \'00. I got approval after 3 months on Jan 13th.
