Hi all,

I live in CA but filed my LC,140, and 485 in VSC. Do I have to wait for my case to transfer to CA and go through a local interview before it\'s approved? Please help!!!

Nope. It will be like any other case in VSC. You will have to do FP and Stamping in CA (if you are still in CA). Local Transfer depends upon individual cases.

My LC was applied when I was living in TSC jurisdiction, I-140 & 485 when I was in CA. Did FP in CA. Got approved without RFE, or transfer. Did stamping in CA. Now waiting for actual plastic cards.
