Most of the Dec-02/Jan-02 pending applications will be cleared by 15th OCT, 2003
when Jan RD started, they looked at Dec and don't understand their pain. Now they are suffering same kind of pain, no RFE, no 2nd FP. Soon it will be Feb RD's pain.
The conclusion is we have to be united, and fight for our rights, don't feel your case will be approved anyway. Without fight, there's only slim chance your case will be approved in time.

Feb & March filer Don't be mistaken. What BCIS doing is wrong. They should clear backlog before proceeds to next month.
Today Nov/Dec/Jan and tomorrow Feb/Mar cases. There is no pattern of approval. Some get lucky while other suffering a lot. Atleast if they do date wise, we don't have to wait Indefinitely.
