August approval reported on rupnet (Very similar to my case):-

This seems to be the first approval with EAC-02-XXXX. If this is genuine (sorry for the pessimism), then it is a very good sign.... And hopefully, it is a trend...(BTW - my case is very similar to this one...)

My observation, the person may be reporting the EAC# from the EAD rather than the EAC# from the I-485 application (guess based on the 012 in the EAC).

Any comments?

Help: No AVM update on fingerprint

I did my FP on Feb 8, 2002 but the latest status on AVM is still "on Jan 2002...fingerprint notice was sent for a fingerprint......"
No update if they have received the fingerprint or not. I would appreciate any explanation or suggestions to clear this issue (should I call FBI, INS Vermont Center...??).

Hope they start August apprivals by July 1st.....
