Hello,
Here is my situation
I-140-I-485 concurrent filing ND 4/12/2004
I-140 Approved 9/10/2004
FP on 3/31/2005
I-485 LUD changed 4/12/2005 with e-mail message that FP received and processing has resumed.

Now I see that LUD is now 4/19 , but i did not receive any e-mail. Not sure how many times it has changed.

I have read that e-mail may or may not come, is it true ?

Processing time says May 2004. No approval yet.

Any body there in similar situation.

U receive an email if the status msg changes, but no email just for LUDs...since ur dates r overdue from processing dates, u may want to call CIS and inquire, if ur not affected by the retro crap

My ND is apr 9 04. what is your category EB3 or 2? I am also stuck till now, FP was received on 4/9/05 by VSC. PD - 10/2001

What is your PD
 
Both mine and my wifes LUD changed yesterday night 5/17 with the msg card order complete and mailed.

Will update again when i receive the card.

Any questions I will do my best to answer.

Hi james_bond,

was the LUD on 5/17 the only LUD you had or were there any LU changes before.

There is a pattern I am seeing. People who have Bimetrics 3 get a single LUD which is their approval notice while people who have biometrics 1 have multiplke LUDs as they are being approved.

Any thoughts gurus?

I did FP on 3/31.
LUD changed on 4/12 that FP rcvd [Code 3].
LUD changed to 4/19 not sure if it changed in between as i was under the impression that i will get e-mail evey time the date changes. No e-mail this time.
5/17 -lud change with msg card order complete.

thanks for the reply james_bond..I field my 485 in September 2004..wondering my luck and verifyign the trend that I am seeing..It seems consistent..

I-485 Application Date: 01/07/2004
FP:04/01/2005
LUD: 04/01;04/04;04/12(FP results received and Processing resumed); 04/21; 05/06; 05/10

I had Biometrics 3

Don't know what is happening? Exactly same case with my wife.

Any ideas?

VSC April 2004 filers - Approved - card rcvd

We received our cards on Sat 21st May.

More details

13th May Approved no e-mail no lud changed.
no email no lud changed that card ordered .

on 17th e-mail that card order complete and cards mailed e-mail and LUD changed.

18th may Received approval notice , no metion about infopass, mentions that card will be mailed in 120 days.

I want to thank every body involved in keeping this forum running and alive. The member names are unknown,the advise is price less.
