Please can somebody tell me what number to call to speak to an IIO.Also some body told me that every time you call your process will be delayed by two weeks.Is this true.my case falls in Vermont service center.

Call 802-527-4913 (If you get busy signal, try re-dialing again and again).
It is not true that your case will be delayed based on how many times you call. That must be some kind of joke.
