VSC approved 104 AOS cases in March 2004

I think that you are not aware of the number of applications filed each month. On an average about 350 EB AOS applications per day are filed at VSC. So the monthly total is about 7000 applications. I am giving these estimates based on the scans done by the user "stcstg". Now compare that with the number of approvals and you will see a horrible picture.
 
Things are improving in VSC?

If your statistics is correct, we are in a situation implied by your login name. Things are really in terrible shape in VSC. I don't where is the way out.
