Has Anyone with an approval date of 9/27/01 got their courtesy copy ? Was wondering if the INS file movement freeze applies to the mailing of approval notices.

Got courtesy copy for approval on 9/24

I got mine on Monday i.e. 10/1 for approval date of 9/24. I dont think the freeze applies to mailing out approval notices. One of my friend got his, approval of 9/25

I was approved on 9/27/01 and I haven\'t received the courtesy copy till today.
Also a RFE was issued to my friend on the same date and he has not received anything by mail.
Pls post if you guys receive the courtesy copy.
 
Same here: 9/27 approval on AVM, no letter yet! Please keep us posted if anyone gets a letter!

 
 
I saw a posting on the 140 discussion that someone withan RFE date of 9/28/01 got the notice on 10/3/01 which makes me think VSC has not stopped sending out notices. Approvals on 9/24, 9/25 and 9/26 have got their notices on 10/1, 10/2 and 10/3. Any idea about 9/27 ?
 
Did VSC mail anything after 9/28/01 ?

Again, did anybody get approval notices for approvals on or after 9/27/01 ?

Received Approval Notice by my Attorney

Hi Guys,
My case was approved on 9/27 and just now my Lawyer called me to inform that they received Approval Notice for my self and my wife. I checked my mail today but I did not receive courtesy copy.

Once Again here are my Details:
PD : 9/99
RD 10/00
ND 11/00
FP 2/01
AD 9/27/01

Received courtesy copy

Received the courtesy copy for me and my wife today(10/5) for approval on 9/27. The letter was mailed to me on 10/3 from INS.
Go back and check your mailboxes NOW!!!
 
Received courtesy copy today (10/6/01) it was postmarked 10/3 from VT.
