VSC, 485: EB-1 Vs EB-2 (India)

Looks like EB-1s and EB-2s are processed at a different speed at VSC.. Spoke to an IIO and was told currently processing mid-Dec cases (for EB-2? that\'s my case atleast) Another posting here says, her EB-1 case with RD mid-Feb is currently in the process. With all other variables being identical, it can mean only one thing...

Go figure!! Any confirmations, suggestions?

all the transfers we have seen to this date are only to Baltimore. What about other offices any transfers there sya philadelphia?

I haven\'t seen transfers yet to Philly or Pitt, but I have seen transfers to Newark, Norfolk and New York. I think it is a function of the resources available at a given office. Also, I don\'t think employment based immigration experts are available at all offices. Maybe Baltimore has a large number of employment based immigration experts.
Just my speculation.
