i havent used this to check on my AOS status until now. After I did that, now I feel, I shouldnt have. Some time ignorance is bliss. But I am only human.
When I keyed in my receipt # the automated voice said the following
" we received your response to our request for additional material on 03/08/2002. You will receive a written decision. It is taking 540 days to process a case of this nature."
After I got off the phone, I checked with my attorney. They have no clue about any RFE\'s in my case. To the best of their knowledge there has been no RFEs so far in my case. Neither did I receive any in the mail.
Could this be an error in the voice mail? Thanks!
