vrey hard situation , big help needed for my friend

hello everybody , i have my friend who has received a notice of deportation a year ago before his daughter filed up a AOS package on his behalf as family GC adjustment . Since a year and a half he never had any update on his case and today he went after 90 to obtain his interim EAD and he got denial . The officer told him that he has a departation and where ask to leave the country and had a year for apeal and now it is too late . He doesnt know what to do now the officer told him it would take 10 years before his daughter could reaply for his AOS . Can a lawyer help and this situation. please....please...help

Sorry about your problem. I'd seriously suggest speaking to a lawyer. There are those who offer pro bono consulatations or for a nominal fee. Speak to someone who knows immigration law well. Good luck and I hope your friend's problem is solved.
