Hi gurus,
one of my friend, while getting his drivers license, made a mistake. I guess there was a question asking whether he's willing to vote or not and he answered "yes". so they termed him as a "voter" which indirectly means that he's a citizen, while he's not (false information).

1) will it be a problem for him to get his green card?

2) is yes, what can he do to correct this error?

I dont think this would affect his gc process!

But have him go to the car bureau from he got his license/ his local car license bureau and get it rectified. He will probably need his visa / passport to prove that he is on a valid visa and not a usa citizen and hence does not have the right to vote.
