Please wirte your suggestions, if you think below statement is true, or if you went through this:

Second Finger print notice will be issued after replying for a RFE, if 15 months have passed for the reply to be received by INS. This has nothing to do if the case is assigned to a officer.
 
Of course, once you reply the RFE, your case went to the distribution area again, of course you'll get second FP.
 
By law - the RESULTS of your finger print review expire in 15 months (regardless of RFE issued or not).

Thanks, can you als let us know if the online message change indicating the 2 nd finger print is on the way or do we just sit and wait.
