it took years to become LPR for we asylees.now another five years to become a citizen.that mean only after that we have choice to get marry of our choice either here or back in our countries.you got believe it ,most of the time you want get marry who belongs to you culturally.(there are always exemptions)
now here is the situation.
we dont have much choice in american immigrant communities to find right one(culturally).am i right.? so we take chance sometimes even though someone has social security or lives back in your country.but for that ,should we get punished by not giving those tax rebates even we paid them thousand dollars income tax.this just belong to tax category.so it shouldn't be part of immigration issue.but they made it.
i worked whole year 7 days and paid them $15000 in taxes.i have daugter US citizen.but my wife is canadian here on student visa.i am waiting to become US citizen to file her petition.
and i didn't get single penny.
