I graduated with a MS in Dec08 and am currently on my OPT. I am unemployed and I will be soon having issues with my status as per the new rule of no more than 90 days of Unemployment. There is a company who is willing to hire me but they do not have enough funds to keep me on a payroll(so basically I will work on a voluntary basis). Will there be any complications in the future for either me or my Employer?
