Back in 2004 i took voluntary departure, the judge did not impose any bars, i left the US and came back to the US after 3 years for a visit through a POE, after another year i came to the US on visa and have been on visa till 2014 when i received my Green card through my wife's work as a spouse. I have a USCIS interview in a couple of days
My question is will i have any issues regarding my voluntary departure? Should i be prepared of any other evidences?
I have already mentioned on my application about the voluntary departure.
When i left in 2004 i gave a 10,000$ bond which they returned within a year after i proved that i left the US.
