Hi

I am planning to bring my mom who is 58 years old (from Chennai) to US ..
From my side i can arrange all the sponsorship docments which are required.But from my mother's side she is not having any property or shares in her name. Will she have any query.. At this stage how can she convince the officer
Note: She has a unmarried son who is 37years old and a married daughter who is doctor in Chennai.
 
You can project family ties that she got.

More than her property, she can project her family ties as she got one son and daughther in India. Let her take photographs of her with them and grand children if any. Also she can explain in written or in person, that she won't stay here in US permanently and go back to India as she got family there.
