Visitor's Visa Sponsoring Parents - Need Suggestions

I want to sponsor my parents for visitors visa, I am on H1-B and I also received EAD recently. I am telecommuting from different state, where my wife is working on H1-B, she also has EAD.
My questions since my office address and residence address is in two different state (not daily commutable distance), will this cause any issue in issuance of visitors visa.

Also my sister's visitors visa got rejected few months back, she is MBA and unmarried. Only thing changed since her last application is that she is now working for small private company. Should she again apply along with my parents or it will be one more rejection stamp on her passport.

Thanks in advance.

Intezaar2005,
Visitor visas do not need sponsorship. If you are using the term sponsor to refer to you sending your parents an I-134, then it really makes no difference that your home and work addresses are in 2 different states. I personally advocate against sending an I-134, but you make that call.

With regards to your sister, she can re-apply. There has been a change in her circumstances. I personally think her being single is what caused her first application to be refused. However she can try her luck again. Perhaps this time she will be able to overcome 214(b). I wish her good luck.

Thanks S K Ghori, yes i was taking abt I-134 and other documents like pay stubs, tax returns etc.

Will it be better for my sister to apply for visa together with parents or seperately. I am little worried visa officer may think why whole family is going. My father owns house and is retired govt. employee. I hope these are good reasons to show proof of ties .
Also if my sister gets rejected again, will two rejection be bad, say after few years when she is married / has better job and applies for visa again.

Regardless whether they apply seperately or all three together, they will need to mention you in their DS-156s. I don't think one scenario is better than the other. All three need lady luck.

I have been trying to get appointment for my parents at Delhi Embassy since last month, but i always get message no visa appointment available, I have been selecting language Hindi. Today again i got same message. But if i select english language there are visa appointments avaliable.
My father can speak Okay english, but my mother doest not she is not even fluent in Hindi but may manage. Can someone suggest should i go ahead and book appointment in english and my father will act as translator or wait for hindi appointment or i read in some forum that is doesnt matter which language u selected during booking, in delhi embassy there is always counter for Hindi/Punjabi.

I gather similar info. If your father can manage answering the questions, he can certainly act as a translator.

Be wary though, as one of my friend's in laws got rejected for not giving the right answer to a question. Of course, they did not interpret the question correctly.

And regarding visa appointment dates, vfs cleans stale appointments every often. Keep checking and you will find a date available for hindi appointments one day. (It happened to me.)

Good luck.

Thanks

Thanks for reply
I emailed VFS, they told that interview will be held in the language applicant selects. My parents got Hindi appointment in april.
