We are planning to get my inlaws to US on a visitor's visa. My inlaws live with my sister inlaw in India, they do not have much property to show. What are the chances of getting a visitor's visa? Moderator's please let me know.
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
Showing enough financial resources is only one proof of return. There are other ways, like family ties, social ties like involvement in philanthropic work , volunteer work, temple activities etc. All that the visa Officer wants is be convinced that the applicant will return after his temporary stay in the U.S. Pls feel free to revert to me if u have more queries at raji@karmlaw.com
