Hi,
Here is my situation.
My in-laws have got a 10yr Visitorrs visa for US and also a visa for Canada. They have plans to visit folks in Canada sometime in May 2007 and there return ticket is in June 2007 from Los Angeles, CA. My concern is , that when they go to Canada, they will have to surrender their I-94 and they will get a new I-94 at the POE when they come back in US. Is it that simple that they can just go out of Country and come back or they need to notify USCIS about their travel plans. How is it gonna work? Please explain in detail.
Thanks,
Jeet
