Visitor visa - returning to India - how long to stay back in order to reenter US

My aunt has visitor visa (10 yrs) and needs to go back to India for few days. My question is how long does she needs to stay there ? Can she immediately come back or is there a waiting period ?

Also, how many times can she do this (i.e go back, stay for few days and then come back) ?

Also, can she go to Canada or some nearby country ?

She is "playing with fire" and "she may get burn." B visas are VISITORS visas, not RESIDENT ones.

Anyways, she can try to do that many times, but the IO at the POE will caught her and her multiple entries into the US will be seeing in her record, she will probably be deny entry into the US in one of her returns and she will be return back to India, to all that we will add the cancellation of her MISSUSE tourise visa.
