im a person on h1b ( 140 approved, 485 pending)

when applying for visitor visa for parents, we have to give ORIG birth
cert to prove relationship of sponsor/visitor.

is the same thing also needed when we r trying to sponsor a brother for
visitor visa?

Firstly, visitor visas do not need sponsors.
Secondly, if you brother is not a minor, it is in his best interest that he overcomes 214(b) on his own.
