visitor visa - rejected again and again

Hi ,

My friend's mom's visitor visa got rejected multiple times . 3rd time rejection with senator's letter to grant visa.

Is there any other workaround or alternative to this situation.

he has gc since last 2 years.

Anyone can suggest some optionn
 
In same boat... my mother's visa got denied 2 times in 15 days period... even after producing all the required documents.

Was thinking about the Senator thing but its of no use according to OP.

I would appreciate any suggestion.
 
Just wait awhile and try again

It happened to my friend's mom as well. The first couple of times she attempted, her application was denied. They waited for about 6 months or so and then applied again. This time, they were trying to come up with all sorts of "strings" to pull but in the end, none of it were required (I doubt they would have worked anyway). The consular approved her application without a single question (I guess she had to appear in person).
