Visitor visa - I-797 of sponsor lost,,,,plz plz help

I had got my new H1-B visa amended as my working location has got changed (in the same company). I need to take the visitor visa for my parents. How should I move forward. My parents visitor visa had got rejected once under 214(b) in april 2009.

company is in the process of applying for my 8th year extension. So, do I need to wait for the extension to be applied and approved??

How to get a copy of my I-797?? please let me know as I wa nted to get them over here ASAP.

Please plz help help me in this regard......
 
See if attorney has a copy.

Your urgency in seeking to have them visit makes their rejection seem valid. If you need to see them so quickly, visit in their home.
 
Firstly, you do not need to "take" visitor visas for your parents. They will apply for their own B-2 visas.
Secondly, your parents will have to overcome 214(b) this time too.

Triple Citizen,

Sorry for phrasing it wrongly. True they need to apply for the visitor visa and I will be the sponsor. I need to send a copy of my I-797 for thata purpose. Hence i was concerned.
