visitor visa from USA to CANADA

HI,

My parents came to canada from india last month.today they went for stamping for visitor visa from canada to USA in calgary and their visa was rejected .the consulate member asked them to get their visitors visa stamped in india itself as they came from india. can you suggest me what to do? is there any way for them to visit USA from canada.And can you please tell me if they can get a visitors visa from india by post as they are old aged.

Please suggest me.

You do what you have been advised to do - apply for a US visa in India.

A personal appearance at a US consulate is mandatory these days for all adult visa applicants under the age of 80.

I am afraid they need to apply for their US visas from their country of residence, i.e. India. The US consulate in Calgary determined that they are not in the best shape to adjudicate your parents' visit visa applications and more importantly, their credentials.

can you suggest me what to do? is there any way for them to visit USA from canada.
