visitor visa for parents when h4 not stamped for me???????????

hello


i had h4 visa for me and for my my hubby h1b visa stamped when we came to usa but since now my hubby changed his job now he has got new i-1797 notice with new i-94 we had not not travelled to india after that so still have not attend visa interview for h1b or h4 stamping, in this case if we call our parents here on visitors visa will it affect their visa procedure.....when still we had not got visa stamped...

kindly give ur suggestions.....

if ur visa stamp has not expired u dont need a new visa stamp. And in anycase if the expiry is more than six months awaw the consulate will not stamp it anyways.

You are in status inUS. Stamping is only for multiple entry and it will not adversly affect sposering parents

Hi

Although you do not need a stamping on your passport as long as you choose to stay in the US. But you need to make sure if your spouses H1B Petition is valid and keep your parents posted about the new company details and provide adequate proof to show that they may not be potential immigrants and have sufficient ties back in theri home country.
