Visitor visa for parents - please advise!

Hi guys - my parents had a visitor visa when I used to be on H1B. Their visa has expired now and I am also a green card holder.

If they apply for a new visitor visa are they going to go thru additional scruitny since I have a green card now (vs H1B before)?

Please note they have already visited US multiple times and have never overstayed
 
Since its visitor visitor visa you just need to assure the the CBP, they ll return back to native country.
