Hi,
Last year my mom Visa for US Got rejected. She is a single parent with no Asset. My Two brothers are Software Engineers and Settled in India. In US Im working in IT Field and My husband working as PostDoc in Immunology. I want to bring my mom for 6 months and im planning to send her again for stamping. Since she dont have any asset how can we give confidence to the Consulate Officer that she will be returning to India and the stong tie up with India.
And what are the Documents I need to Provide in order to show strong evidence of her return to India.

You are looking at this the wrong way. You do not need to show any evidence. She (your mother) has to show strong social and financial ties to India. She needs to overcome 214(b). All B-2 visas are self-sponsored and all B-2 applicants are on their own when it comes to overcoming 214(b). Having 2 sons in India will help her. You being in the US might hurt her chances.
