Visitor visa for minors

Hi,

We would like to invite our nephew (<2 yrs) to visit us here in the US. His parents already have a visitor visa, but this is to be his first application for the visa.
What documents do we need to send for visitor visa sponsorship for him. Do we need to provide our financial documents as sponsors, or is he considered dependent to his parents for the visit?

You do not need to send them anything. The parents need to apply for the minors.
