Visitor VISA extension rejected

Hi,

My mother's Visitor visa extension was rejected and we received a denial letter today. This is her 4th trip to US and she had been styaing with us for last 6 months. I would like know how time that she is allowed to stay in the country? What is the legal grace period after the denial of visitor visa extension?

Will this cause any problems for her future visits?

I would appreciate any help.

10 Days would be reasonable

I think 10 days would be a reasonable time to leave after receiving the i-539 reject notification.

What was the reason for rejection and which service center ?
When did you apply ?
