My parents are visiting East coast and they are also visiting relatives in Canada. If they travel by car to Canada for few days will they be getting a new I-94 when they return back and will it be extended for another 6 months ?
Also, if we apply for an extension, does traveling to Canada have any impact on the extension process.
I am not sure whether you need to submit your I-94 while leaving to Canada on road or if you get a new one when you come back?
Would greatly appreciate if folks could help me out.
