Hi,
My dad's visitors visa's extension was denied last month - based on some section that says 'He has no intention of going back'.
He has 10 years multiple entry. We recieved denial notice on last day of his I94. we couldnt get him to fly out same day. He flew out after 3 days from his I94 expiration.
Now when he comes back to US, is it possible he may get his visa cancelled because of overstay or because of EOS denial.
Any help greatly appreciated.
