Visitor Visa Entry/Re-entry Question

My parents have a 10yr multiple entry visa and they are planning to visit next month.

They plan to stay in US for 3 months and return back to india. Due to family issues they would like to visit again after 2 months.

Question: Is there any requirement that the visitor must spend X number of days/months outside USA, before reentry?

No. But every visit especially frequent visit need proper explanation (reason) at POE.
