On feb15th we requested for an appointment with US Consulate, Chennai for our parent's visitor visa applications. The appointment was given on March 12th. We got a mail yesterday saying that all appointment requested before feb24th has been cancelled due to some changes in application process. Did any of you receive any mails like this? Do you know if any application process was changed recently? If you have any information, please let us know.
