Hi,
Recently my mother-in-law appeared for the visitor\'s visa in chennai. She got rejected. She is married and she will be coming
to USA alone if she gets visa. I am in J-1 visa. my wife is in J-2. she recently started working. she doesn\'t have her pay
stubs yet. My mother-in-law informed us that she was interviewed by the consulate officer without any help of translation.
she doesn\'t know english. is it not necessary that help will be provided during visa appearnce? if anyone come across
situation like this please write me back
I have included I-134, Statement from the employer, bank statement, pay stubs and my visa papers and passport photo copies.
if anyone have suggestions please let me know.
