visiting visa During 485 Processing time

Hello,

Will there be any problem if i bring my parents when my 485 is pending? has any one in this forum done it before? if so please provide all the documents needed for vistor visa when my 485 pending . any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

To call one's parents, use one of the major telephone companies like AT&T, MCI etc. Of course, one can call anytime, anywhere! :)

For tourist visa, documents required (from the Sponsoring Individual):
* Employment letter
* Bank Statement
* Copies of Documents supporting Immigrant or Non-Immigrant status
* Affidavit of Support (INS Form)

The requirement is different for the Sponsored Individual to obtain a visa overseas.
 
To add on to my previous reply.

The Sponsored Individual has to produce other documents at the US Embassy/Consulate to support their intention of returning after a US visit. Consult with a local Travel Agent.
