Visiting my home country

Hi. My class is H4 and I have just received my I-797A with I-94 valid until 2012. I'm planning to visit my home country for one month early next year. My visa on my passport is still L2 and is already expired in the year 2007. But my passport is not yet expired. Do I need to apply a H4 Visa on my home country to be able to come back here in the US? Or my I-797A with I-94 would be enough?

Thanks. I hope someone would reply.

---------------------You have to Surrender the I-94 when you depart US(keep copy of I-94 front and back for your records)

if you want to enter US on H4 status then you need H4 visa stamp. take your H4 approval noticeand your spouse H1 approval notice copy of his passport, his W-2, pay stubs, letter from your spouse employer that he is working with them. Provide the document the Visa officer asks.
