Visiting India with 3month H1 Visa validity

Hi:

My current H1B Visa will expire Apr 2004 and I am planning to visit India in the month of Dec-Jan'04. Is it ok since while entering US I will be having only 3month of visa. Please let me know.

Yes its ok . You can even return a day before its expiry
