Visiting India for the Friends Marriage

I am going to India for a week and I have a valid H1B visa and the Pay stubs also for the last few weeks. I am also currently in Job. What are the documents I have to carry when I come back to USA NY. People told me that now INS new guidelines say that you need to carry a letter from an employ that you are currently employed with them.
If yes Please tell me the details what the entire letter should contain. Please reply ASAP.

No such regulation. Just show the passport with stamp. If queried you can show the paystub.
