Visit visa extension and return ticket

Hi,

I am about to file I539 for B2 visit visa extension for my parents. They were given a 6 mo entry that expires on May 27, 2007.

The return ticket they originally had was only 4 month and so it can't be used for return. I need to send a proof of solid intention to return back for th extension approval.

Since I am applying for a 6 mo extension, should I send a ticket copy for the original I-94 expiry which is May 27th, or should I send a ticket copy for the intended departure date which should be Nov 27th 2007.

Also if someone can give ideas on sending copies of E-tickets vs paper tickets. These days paper tickets are charged more ( an extra 50$ / ticket)

Asking for six months more on an initial six month entry is risky in my opinion. Make sure you document the justification of the extension well. Do send proof of confirmed reservations for Nov 2007.
