Visit visa Denied in Chennai, India - Please respond - URGENT!

Hi Folks,
My in-laws visit visa was denied today. I would like to know how soon could they re-apply for their visit visa again. The Consular Officer didnt see the documents and rejected on section 214B.

Can gurus please advice on this as what documents would be needed for them to reapply again.

I had invited my in-laws using Uncle, Aunty in the covering letter. Is this a problem?

Any inputs appreciated.

Write to the Chennai Consular and find out what is this 214B? Then send the additional document needed...
Also I think you can re apply in 2 weeks. That is what my third sense says.
