Visas after GC?

Is it true that even after getting GC we\'ll need to obtain visas to countires other than Canada and Mexico?

Visa is citizenship dependent. As long as you are Indian citizen, you will need visa for other countries unless US has some agreement where permanent residents do not require visa.
