Visa Validity Req at reentry

Hello,

Does anyone have an idea how long should your visa be valid for to enter US? I am on H1. I am going out of US and when I will be coming back my visa will be valid for only a week. I have my new I-797 from the new company but I don't have enough time to get it stamped in India. I have new I-94 which I got at the Canada border when I entered US after getting my new I-797.

Can anyone help?

U are fine. Always show the latest H1 approval if your intention is to join the new company.
