Hello - My sister had received a 10 year Visa type R B1/B2 while in Chile. She is currently in China and plans on visiting the US later this year. Can someone tell me what is the R B1/B2 visa and can she enter with this Visa with no further visa requirements?
Also, she has a child and the US consulate in China has requested that an invitation letter (from the party i.e. me) be submitted along with her application for her child's visa. Does someone have a format or example of what this letter should look like?
