Visa time period

Hi,

My parents have VISA issues from June 10th to December 10th. But there
trip got postponed to last week of October. If they come during that time,
will they get I94 for 6 months at the port of entry or only till Dec 10th.

Is it better to reapply for Visa in Chennai? Please advice.

what type of visa is it - 3 month or 6 month? That's what the stamp will say even if you enter in Dec, before the date the visa expires.
 
Then you have answered your question. If she enters in Oct, she will be stamped until April and May if she enters in Dec prior to the expiration of the visa..etc etc..Hopefully this helps.
