I have applied I-140 AND I-485 concurrently, recently,But my visa is about to expire shortly in couple of months,will i be able to get a temporary EAD,if so at what time will i be eligible to apply for that,If i get a temporary EAD will i be able to work in US even after the expiration on the h1-b Visa
