Legally you can (since you were on F1 and earned a US degree) go to any country to get it stamped...however if your applicationis not approved in say Canada/Mexico..you will not be allowed to return to US from there without first getting a visa stamp (which means you will need to go to your home country)docinusa said:Hello,
If I change my status from F-1 to H-1 here in us,and if I have to travel outside States... can I get the Visa stamped from Canada or do I have to get it only from the home country?
