Visa Stamping Wait period

Hi,

I had sent my passport with the approval notice for visa stamping. I understand that it usually takes about 10-12 weeks of processing at St.Louis. I have already waited for about 13 weeks. What is the current time frame that is being taken for the same? Please let me know.
