i got a DUI in 2001 and would like to go to India for visa stamping. i completed all court formalities (community service, attended class). i know i need court disposition documents during the visa interview. i contacted the court and they said that they dont have any records matching my name and cannot provide a court disposition doc. however they sent me a certified copy of a letter that says there was no record against my name.
is this document valid during the visa interview process?
